Alexandria Annual Report
The overall economic downturn in 2008 asked for a restrained take on the annual report for this Real Estate Investment Trust, which focuses on the niche market of laboratory/office space for science and technology companies. However, the results of this company were still high above the average for the real estate sector. We designed various types of graphic charts, which form a colorful contrast to the other black and white pages. Despite the hesitant stock market sentiment, the results are shown with pride, aiming at maintained investor confidence.
